Lead Salesforce Developer Jobs Overview

As a Lead Salesforce Developer in our CRM Management Team, you will be responsible for providing support to the Salesforce User base of 4000+ people globally. The incumbent will be directly responsible for managing the Salesforce.com platform along with all other Third-Party Applications installed/implemented on the Salesforce platform.

IT Corporate Systems

The IT Corporate Systems Division is a turnkey division and the information hub of Cvent. Apart from constantly churning the Cvent Sales Funnel, the team also provides vital business intelligence and maintains crucial data that provides a solid foundation for decision making across the organization.

Within the Corporate Systems team, we run over 70 processes on a daily basis, ranging from updating our CRM to working on rollouts of new products, making performance reports for sales teams, making overall sales and marketing reports for the company, showing growth and trends, making reports for large customers and prospects, as well as coordinating with executive level management of top hotel chains. Lead Salesforce Developer Jobs Responsibilities

Work with CRM Business Analysts to compile requirements for project delivery
Lead Source Control project to maintain code
Lead Continuous Integration project with Jenkins and Git Hub
Proficient with IDE (Eclipse and/or Gearset)
Ability to build lightning components and lightning integrations
Lead the design, delivery, and rollout of a module/minor projects independently by working with business stakeholders and CRM development manager
Effectively communicate & resolve technical issues both internally and externally
Develop/Manage processes to continuously monitor data quality & integrity
Develop Triggers, Classes, Test Methods, Batch Processes, Controllers, Visualforce Pages, etc. to address and improve new and existing business needs
Build integration & interfaces using SFDC Web Services API
CPQ experience (Salesforce CPQ) is preferred, specifically the Quote Calculator Plugin advanced features

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Related Degree
6+ years of total experience with at least 2 years of development experience in an integrated environment with advanced knowledge of and ability to develop code within Salesforce.com
Thorough understanding of Object-Oriented development & design
Sound knowledge of Salesforce recommended best practices around design & development.
Excellent understanding of Salesforce Security and Data Model
Multiple Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Dev, Dev, CPQ, etc)
Willingness to travel 10% abroad
Knowledge of software/web development languages/protocols including SQL, Oracle, REST & SOAP services, amongst others is a must.
Experience with HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, etc. DEV 401 certification is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills (English – written and spoken).
