Manufacturer did not said and publish which version of Android will they supports to. Until today, Samsung Galaxy S4 is the best version in Samsung Galaxy type.
Samsung might to fix some issues with their flexible display based on April reports, this display not have good function as well as LED round did not utilized in Samsung Youm technology.
Samsung Galaxy S5 Display Technology
The Samsung Galaxy S5 will not have a curved display features and hope Samsung can continue to work with flexible technology and implement it in this new smartphone. Samsung will continue flexible technology but only for some smartphone, it's not included with all Samsung Galaxy version.
Galaxy S5 will be release with curved display but, based on official statement from Samsung, this technnology is a flagship for smartphone if have different component. For example the Samsung Galaxy S4 was initially released with an Exynos 5 Octa processor for 3G models and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor or LTE models.
Galaxy S5 will be released one with metal exterial and flexible OLED display and another one with a plastic exterior. This smartphone will be released on summer 2014.
